Buyer:the person/entity purchasing the paid subscription through a SoliTrace account (the "Buyer"). The Buyer's full name/title, email and billing information consist of the billing profile collected during purchase and the payment record.
Subject of the agreement
The subject of this agreement is the provision of the SoliTrace digital subscription service, the characteristics and sale price of which are set out below and which the Buyer orders electronically via solitrace.com, and the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties pursuant to the provisions of the Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.
Characteristics and price of the service
SoliTrace is a developer tool that captures HTTP, gRPC, gRPC-Web, WebSocket and WebRTC requests, shows them in a live stream, answers them automatically with rules (including SSE), and can make scheduled (cron)/manual outbound calls. A paid subscription provides, according to the plan, a higher request limit, longer data retention, a larger body size and additional features. The prices below are in US dollars (USD) and applicable taxes are added/calculated at the invoicing stage in accordance with the legislation in force:
- Starter — Monthly: 5 USD / month
- Starter — Yearly: 50 USD / year (2 months free)
- Pro — Monthly: 15 USD / month
- Pro — Yearly: 150 USD / year (2 months free)
Current prices, plan limits and features are always shown on the pricing and upgrade screens within the product; the amount displayed for the tier and period you select at the time of purchase applies. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until the Buyer or the Seller cancels it.
Payment
Payments are collected through our payment and subscription infrastructure provider, Whop. Your card details are not stored directly by SoliTrace; the payment transaction takes place on Whop's secure infrastructure. Once the purchase is completed your subscription is upgraded to the relevant tier and your invoice is issued via Paraşüt, which is used in our invoice documentation process.
Performance and delivery
The subscription is a digital service; there is no physical delivery. After the payment is approved the service is performed immediately — the paid plan features are activated on your account at once. The performance is in the nature of digital content/service that does not require any tangible medium (not in a non-electronic form).
Right of withdrawal and its exception
As a rule, the consumer has the right to withdraw from distance contracts within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. However, pursuant to Article 15/1-(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts concerning services performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer.
The SoliTrace subscription is, in this scope, a digital service performed immediately. By approving the Preliminary Information Form and this agreement during purchase, the Buyer acknowledges, declares and undertakes that they expressly request that performance of the service begin immediately and that they will lose the right of withdrawal once performance is completed/begun. Nonetheless, the Seller may carry out a refund assessment under the conditions in the Refund and Cancellation Policy for the sake of customer satisfaction.
Termination, cancellation and refund
The Buyer may cancel the subscription at any time in the manner described in the Refund and Cancellation Policy. On cancellation, access reverts to the Free plan not immediately but at the end of the current billing period. Refund requests and processes, as well as invoice cancellation/refund operations, are also governed by the same policy.
Dispute resolution
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. For disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence or the place where the transaction was carried out have jurisdiction, within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade. The Buyer may submit complaints and objections to the Seller through the channels on the Contact page.
Entry into force
The agreement enters into force when the Buyer reads and approves all the terms of this agreement and the Preliminary Information Form during purchase. A copy remains accessible through notifications sent to the Buyer's registered email address and via this page.
