Service description
SoliTrace is a request capture and response tool for developers. You create an endpoint; it captures HTTP, gRPC, gRPC-Web, WebSocket and WebRTC requests the moment they reach the endpoint, shows them in a live stream, and answers them automatically with the rules you define (including SSE streaming). It can also send HTTP/gRPC/WebSocket requests on your behalf via scheduled (cron) and manual outbound calls. The service is provided as is and is improved over time.
Account and eligibility
You need to create an account to use the service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for all activity carried out under your account. You must keep your credentials confidential; notify us if you notice any unauthorized use. To use the service you must be of legal age or have the consent of your legal representative.
Plans and billing
SoliTrace offers both free and paid plans. Plan limits (including the monthly request count and the retention period of captured data) are stated within the product and in the pricing section. Payments for paid plans are collected through our payment infrastructure provider, Whop; your card details are not stored directly by SoliTrace. Your subscription renews at the end of each period until you or we cancel it. Billing is carried out in accordance with the rules of the relevant country including applicable taxes, and Paraşüt is used for our invoice documentation process.
Acceptable use
You may use the service only for lawful purposes. The following are prohibited:
- Using the service for unauthorized access to third-party systems, distribution of malware, or phishing.
- Using the outbound-call features to send requests to systems that do not belong to you or for which you have no permission.
- Generating automated traffic that places a disproportionate load on the infrastructure, attempts to exceed plan limits, or otherwise abuses the service.
- Transmitting content that is unlawful, infringes copyright, or violates the rights of others.
We reserve the right to suspend or close your account in the event of a breach of these terms.
Data and intellectual property
The request data you capture belongs to you. We process this data in order to provide the service; for details on processing and retention see the Privacy Policy. The rights to the SoliTrace brand, interface and software belong to us.
Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available"; no express or implied warranty is given that it will operate uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we cannot be held liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination
You may close your account at any time; account deletion is performed via the "Danger zone" in the billing settings and permanently deletes your personal orgs and the data captured within them. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye have jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. We will announce material changes a reasonable time in advance; the current version is always published on this page with the "Last updated" date at the top. Your continued use of the service after changes means you accept the new terms.
